Booking & event policies
These terms apply to every event we host. We confirm them with you again when we hold your date.

Non-refundable deposit
Your date and time are held once the deposit is received.
14 days before
Last day to reschedule
After this point a change may forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.
7 days before
Balance and final guest count
An unpaid balance at this deadline may cancel the reservation and forfeit the deposit.
Booking and payment
- Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
- Remaining balance
- The full remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
- If the balance is late
- If the remaining balance is not received by the 7-day deadline, House of Rose Events & Planning may treat the reservation as cancelled and the deposit as forfeited.
- Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requires at least 14 days’ notice before your event date, and is subject to availability.
- Late reschedule
- A reschedule requested less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a new booking.
- Final guest count
- Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event, at the same time as the remaining balance.
Every event
- Private use
- Your event books the private event space for its full duration. You will not share the room with another party.
- Setup and cleanup
- Setup and cleanup are handled by the House of Rose team and included in every package.
- Alcohol
- Guests 21 and over may bring their own champagne or wine to an adult event. Glassware, mixers and ice are provided. Alcohol is never present at a Little Roses event.
- Outside food
- You are welcome to bring your own cake, food or catering, or add a House of Rose dessert table.
- Location
- All packages are hosted in the Punta Gorda event space. We do not currently travel to outside venues.
Little Roses
- Treatment rooms
- Treatment rooms remain closed and inaccessible for the duration of a Little Roses event.
- Consent form
- A signed parent or guardian consent and participation agreement is required for every participating child. It can be completed online before the day.
- Supervision
- At least one designated responsible adult must remain present for the full duration of a Little Roses event.
- Opting out
- Any child may decline any activity at any time, without pressure and without affecting the rest of their celebration.
- Mini facials and service boundaries
- Select Little Roses birthday packages may include an optional cosmetic, non-medical mini facial performed by an appropriately licensed House of Rose professional. Little Roses events do not include injections, prescription products, powered aesthetic devices, exfoliating treatments, permanent cosmetics, skin resurfacing, hair removal, lash services, invasive procedures, or other medical or advanced aesthetic services.
- Outside products
- Products brought from home may not be used during the event unless approved in advance.
Pricing
Package prices are starting prices. Applicable Florida sales tax and a 20% event service charge are added to Little Roses package pricing.
Every published price is a starting price for the stated duration and guest count. Enhancements, additional guests and additional time are quoted with your event. Nothing is charged when you send a request.
