How booking works

No surprises, and nothing held until we have confirmed it with you.

Send a request with your date and the experience you have in mind. We check the calendar and come back with availability and a quote. A non-refundable deposit reserves the date; the balance and your final guest count are due a week before.

    Non-refundable deposit

    Your date and time are held once the deposit is received.

  2. 14 days before

    Last day to reschedule

    After this point a change may forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.

  3. 7 days before

    Balance and final guest count

    An unpaid balance at this deadline may cancel the reservation and forfeit the deposit.
