Booking and payment

How do we reserve a date?

A non-refundable deposit reserves your event date and time. Until the deposit is received, the date is not held. We will confirm availability before asking you for anything.

When is the balance due?

The full remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date, at the same time as your final guest count. If the balance has not been received by that deadline, we may treat the reservation as cancelled and the deposit as forfeited.

What if we need to reschedule?

Rescheduling requires at least 14 days’ notice before your event date and is subject to availability. A request made less than 14 days out may forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.

Can we add enhancements after we have booked?

Yes. Décor, sweets, beauty extras, favors and additional time can be added up to the 7-day balance deadline, when everything is finalized together.

What happens after we send an request?

Your request goes to the House of Rose team, who check the date against the calendar and follow up with availability and a quote. An request is a request, not a reservation — nothing is held until we have confirmed the date with you and received the deposit.

The day itself

Is there a minimum guest count?

No. The Rosebud Social is our smallest children’s experience, for up to six; Girls’ Night Glow hosts up to five adults.

Can we bring our own food or cake?

Yes — bring your own cake, food or catering, or add a House of Rose dessert table. Kosher food is welcome. Cake presentation and serving supplies are included with Petals & Polish and The Full Bloom Celebration.

Can we bring champagne to an adult event?

Guests 21 and over are welcome to bring their own champagne or wine. Glassware, mixers and ice are provided. Alcohol is never present at a Little Roses event.

Do you travel to outside venues?

Not currently. Every package is hosted in the Punta Gorda event space at 525 E. Olympia Ave, Unit 10.

Will we share the space with another party?

No. Your event books the private event space for its full duration, and setup and cleanup are handled by the House of Rose team.

Little Roses

What ages are Little Roses events for?

Little Roses experiences are recommended for ages 6–12. The Tween Skin Confidence Workshop is written for ages 10–14. If your child sits outside those ranges, tell us in your request and we will say honestly whether it is a good fit.

Are boys welcome?

Yes — every Little Roses experience is open to every child, with the same activities.

Is there anything to sign?

Yes. A signed parent or guardian Consent and Participation Agreement is required for every participating child. It covers activity consent, allergies and sensitivities, emergency contact details, and photo permission. You can read it in full and complete it online before the day, or print a blank copy and bring it.

Do parents stay?

At least one designated responsible adult must remain present for the full duration of the event. Little Roses is a celebration, not childcare.

Are mini facials available at Little Roses events?

Yes. Select Little Roses birthday packages may include an optional mini facial performed by an appropriately licensed House of Rose professional. Mini facials are cosmetic and non-medical. Treatment rooms stay closed, and children do not receive injections, prescription products, powered aesthetic services, exfoliating treatments, permanent cosmetics, skin resurfacing, hair removal, lash services, invasive procedures, or other medical or advanced aesthetic services.

What if a child does not want to take part in something?

They don’t have to. Any child may decline or stop any activity at any time, without pressure and without missing out on the rest of the celebration.

How are allergies handled?

The consent form asks you to disclose allergies and sensitivities — fragrance, skin care products, cosmetics, polish, adhesives, latex, food and metal are all listed — along with any skin condition that could affect safe participation. Our team modifies or declines an activity where participation may not be safe. Products brought from home may not be used unless approved in advance.

Bridal and bachelorette

Who performs the services at a bridal event?

The House of Rose Aesthetics team — the same estheticians and providers who work in the practice. IV therapy, BioRePeel, B12 injections and facial services are House of Rose Aesthetics services and are subject to consultation and eligibility.
